Girl's Weekend

Carly is getting to be so much fun. This weekend we did a lot of playing at home. Dylan was out of town with his dad and brothers so we had the whole house to ourselves. We played on the floor ALOT. I opened up some of the toys she had gotten before she was born and is now old enough to play with, and she was having a blast. We went to the park for the first time with Amy, Drew and Samantha so that we could help Drew with her v-ball skills. Amy took Carly on a nature walk around the park in her stroller while Drew and I played. She had a lot of fun, I can't wait to take her to the park and do the slides!! I bet she will have a blast. That is on the list for next week! :)

She makes me laugh so hard because she gets so mesmerized by the TV. It is so funny because you can't get her attention. I don't even know what we were watching but she was really into it.

You know they are getting big when they play by themselves for long periods of time. It is a big help when I need to get stuff done but makes me sad that she is getting so big. I bought her a cute little tea set the other day and I think that I love it more than she does. It is so stinkin cute!!!! Carly loves to eat the "snacks" on it.


I gave her a Popsicle for the first time this weekend and she LOVED it! It was so cute and I was so sad that Dylan was not here to see it. I reenacted it when he got home from East Texas and made him take pictures. When I opened it she started kicking her legs... it was so cute that she remembered what it was. She is a big sticky mess after it is over but it is worth it to see her face. She sucks so hard on it! :)
