Today was so much fun, I went and bought a bunch of bath toys and a big blow up bathtub for her. She had a blast playing in it. I had a blast watching her. She was too big for her old tub and too small to put in the big bath tub and so this is perfect. One of my friends had it and I saw a picture of it and had to get one for Carly.
She is at such a fun age. She loves to splash the water and would get excited when I would squirt her with the squirt animals.
I had also been trying to get her to get use to a sippy cup. I had been giving her water in one at meal times every evening. For the first time today she picked it up and actually tried to drink out of it. She chewed on it more than anything and when I tried to take it away she got upset. 
I can't believe she is already big enough to use a cup and hold it herself. It seems like yesterday that we brought her home. I am so happy because this is my last full time week of work. Starting next week I get to go only on Monday and Wednesdays, so I won't have to miss out on any of the fun stuff we have in store.... crawling, walking, talking etc.....
yay!!! how exciting!!!! Carly is so cute and such a big girl!! I am so glad you're getting to stay home with her! It is the biggest blessing!
