Proud

This has been a big week for a few of the Thompson kids. 

Our library lets kids get a library card once they can write their name by themselves. My rule is they have to write their name and can identify the numbers all the way to 10. Carly and  Clay both have their own cards and check out their own books and Claire has been wanting one so bad. It was a great incentive to make her work on her name and numbers.  She finally mastered it without any help from anyone and got to get her very own card. She is so proud!

Then Tuesday at Taekwondo Clay was awarded his yellow belt. We are having so much fun with the martial arts and hope that he continues loving it.  It is so much fun to watch and we love the stuff that he is learning. It is so awesome to see how far he has come in just 3 months.
