What an amazing Christmas this one this year! I mean rarely does Leander ever see Snow and this year is snowed on Christmas Eve!! Incredible :) What a perfect start to a perfect Christmas.
We go to Dylan's parents house every Christmas Eve and spend it with his parents, aunt and brothers. It is always a great time and this year Carly was actually able to participate.
Carly woke up at 3 in the morning on Christmas day and would not go back to sleep. I gave in and brought her to bed with us. She went straight to sleep and didn't wake up until 7:30. Dylan and I were of course up early and super excited to open our presents. We ended up opening all our presents before she even woke up. (I can't wait til she gets older and is waking us up at 5am!!)
Christmas day we went to my mom's for a couple hours and ate breakfast with two of my sisters and there family. It is the best tradition, we all have a station in the kitchen and we all help make it. We just started it a couple years ago and it has definitely been the best tradition yet.
Then we just went home and played with toys and relaxed. The best Christmas yet.
