Jump roping is one of my favorite things in the whole world. Ever since I was a little girl and was on a jump rope competition and demonstration team I have loved it. It is also where I met my "sister" Melissa who still happens to be one of my best friends to this day.
I have started working out again after having Clint and Clay loves to do it all with me. I busted out one of my old jump ropes for the kids and he has been practicing so hard. He can now finally jump the rope! It is actually much harder than it seems.
He is pretty awesome... not everyone can jump in blue jeans and a cowboy belt buckle but he can pull it off pretty well.
