2 Months and 29 years

We had Claire's 2 Month WCC on Monday.  I must say that it was much harder this time around to watch her get her shots.  I don't know if it is because she is the baby and is so tiny or just because of everything she went through in the NICU but either way she is doing great.

She was 7 pounds 6 ounces and 19 7/8 inches. Well below the 2% on the growth chart. They will give her 2 years to catch up in all areas but I am pretty sure it won't take that long.

She is awake more during the day and when she is awake is so alert and loves to watch Carly and Clay play. She is not a fan at all of tummy time but we still make her do it at least once a day. Normally she just lays her head down and goes to sleep.

She only wakes up once at night to eat and sleeps like a champ.  She is still so chill and sleeps the majority of the day, making it easier to play with the big kids or get chores done. She is so sweet and rarely fusses or cries. I can tell she is truly going to be my little sidekick in life.

I celebrated my 29th B-day yesterday and got to go shopping with my Mama just like old times. We took all the kids and went to Target and Academy. We had no major meltdowns and things went really well.  I got to eat lunch at Chick-fil-a and get some of their amazing cookies.  Then I get home to see my BF at my house with Mountain Dew Cupcakes.....I mean that is some serious love to find a recipe that has my favorite drink in them and then make them for me. They were surprisingly good too.

I feel so blessed to be living my last year in my 20's with 3 great kids and a pretty awesome husband.
