This Easter was so much fun! Last year Carly was only 6 months and couldn't do much but this Easter she was all over the place. When she saw all the eggs in the yard she yelled "Wooooowwwww" She was so excited. She would pick them up and have one in each hand and would refuse to put them in her basket. When she would see another egg she would throw the ones in her hands over her shoulder and go for the new eggs. It was hilarious. 
We went to my mom's house first for lunch and had a big egg hunt with all the grand kids which was a lot of fun. Carly and my nephew Kieran got to do one with just them since they are the littlest ones. Then we went to Dylan's Aunts house and got to have another egg hunt. By that time Carly was a pro and had learned how to open the eggs. Once she found out that there was stuff inside them she no longer wanted to hunt them. She sat on the ground in front of her basket and opened every one of them.
Over all it was a great day filled with lots of family and fun. Can't wait till next year when Carly gets to introduce her baby BROTHER to the game of egg hunting!!
