Wonderful Weather

We have had the craziest but the most wonderful weather the last week! Last Sunday we took Carly to the Williamson County Park for the first time. She had such a good time running around and playing in the dirt. She is definitely not afraid to get dirty! She loved to pick up the leaves and grass and throw them. It was a windy day so it made it more fun to see the leaves go flying. I think she stayed in the one stop forever playing....she is easily entertained :)
Her favorite thing is the slides, we have one at home and she recently learned how to climb up the back and do it all by herself. She sings "ready, set, GGGOOOOOOOO!" I need to get it on video because it is really adorable.
Then Tuesday we got the wonderful surprise when we woke up of snow falling already! We opened all the windows in the house and sat in the chair curled up under a blanket and watched the snow and cartoons. We did that almost all day in between going outside and playing in it. Dylan was able to stop by on his way back to his office and we went outside and made snowmen with him and the two guys that he works with. It was a nice surprise and made Carly's first snow even more special.
She loved to put her tongue out and try to catch the snow on her tongue. It was so funny because she would start laughing and screaming when it would get on her face or tongue.

I just had to add this picture because they looked so cute standing together watching the snow for the first time. Even Roxy had a blast running around playing in it.

Here are the finished snowmen that Uncle Chase made for us to enjoy.
Then again 4 days later we are out in shorts and t-shirt playing in the sun again. You have to love Texas weather. We played in our front yard for probably close to 2 hours on Saturday waiting for Carly's "big girl" furniture to be delivered. Here are a few pictures... we played with Chalk, bubbles and our teeter totter.
